QUALITY CONTROL

Incoming Inspection 

1. We have all equipments and facilities to test incoming silicone rubber such as tear strength and elongation at break.
2. We test every batch of raw material and don’t miss any defect.
3. Raw material inspection equipments, see picture below:

Process Inspection

1. In each working procedure, we will have total inspection, random inspection, first and final inspection, as well as routing inspection to guarantee the quality of products.
2. The items of inspection are all meet the requirements and regulations of customers.
3. Testing equipment in production process：
